Hi. Thanks for stopping by to my blog. I hope you enjoy reading about my adventures in flipping. In case you missed it, here’s last adventure. And as always, please feel free to reach out to me for design services.
Ok so it’s been a really long time since I’ve posted. It seems that I am much better at keeping up with my instagram posts then my blog posts. Something about finding time without two kids bugging me to sit down & write ….
Anyway, in case you missed it, WE SOLD! Very exciting news. It was quite an adventure doing my first official flip & even though I’ve been in the industry for a long time, I still learned a lot. More about management skills & figuring out that I need to call my subs earlier then I think I do. Enough talking & without further ado, the final photographic ode to spring:
Living Room
I feel the matching finishes of the railing, light & fireplace screen really ties everything together & makes the space feel complete.
Dining Room
Yes … I totally painted a ceiling a color! I think it gives it just a little bit of pop and brings your attention to the lighting fixture which I have to tell you I am in love with. It was one of the cheapest lights I bought (thanks IKEA) but I love how it gives a slight industrial feel without feeling out of place.
Kitchen
While I love the way this backsplach came out looks wise, I’m not sure if I will use it again. Because it was natural stone tiles it was a bit of a pain to get a clean cut. The floor tile however, was fantastic. The white wash barnboard look of the floor tile really ties the warm & grey together.
Upstairs Bathroom
The light in this bathroom as beautiful! And the tile really makes the space feel nice.

The former Brown Bedroom
Downstairs bathroom
The light over the sink was a really nice find. I bought it on sale. It’s LED & super low profile. Perfect for low ceilings.
Utility space / Bonus Room
Bonus Room
I really like the solution my carpenter came up with to hide the septic control panel in the right. And check out these floors. You would never know from the picture that it’s actually a vinyl click flooring that’s moisture resistant.
Exterior
I may post a couple more posts about spring but in the mean time, I hope you enjoy the photos. Now onto the next home!
Excellent! Looks very clean!
